Blue Moon Radio ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Blue Moon Radio mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Blue Moon Radio does not require user registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or payment information.
The App does not directly collect, store, or sell personal data.
The App streams licensed audio content through Live365, a third-party internet radio platform. Live365 may collect certain technical information such as IP address, device type, listening statistics, and other usage data for licensing, royalty reporting, analytics, and service performance purposes.
Any information collected by Live365 is governed by Live365’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Blue Moon Radio does not use additional third-party analytics services beyond those used by Live365 to operate and license the stream.
The App may request access to device capabilities necessary for audio playback, including background audio functionality and media controls. The App does not access contacts, photos, location data, microphone, camera, or other sensitive device information.
Because Blue Moon Radio does not collect or store personal data directly, we do not maintain user databases containing personal information.
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date at the top of this page.
